Custom Caps (Bulk Orders)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that chosen styles, colours and designs meet their requirements before cap designs are finalised. No refunds or returns will apply if the caps match the digital designs and are not damaged or faulty. All claims for shortages, damaged goods, etc. must be made within 5 days of receiving an order. If we are at fault, please contact us, and we will do our best to quickly resolve any problems. Returns are not accepted.
