Return and Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer that chosen styles, colours and designs meet their requirements before decoration is authorised ready for production.

Red Dog Trucker Caps will not accept returns of decorated items unless the items are faulty and authorised by Red Dog Trucker Caps.

All claims for shortages, damaged goods ect must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product.

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your item is damaged upon delivery or in the unlikely event it is faulty,

please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues.
